The tenderloin was dry and over cooked, also found the gravy bland and slick, instead of a slurry of cornstarch, I will try butter and flour which would improve the flavour and appearance.]]></description>

To be honest, I’ve never cooked brown rice in Instant pot. I would look online to see how long brown rice would cook in IP and then follow the same recipe but with that brown rice timing. My guess is that 20 min should work since parboiled rice is similar to brown rice in terms of cooking times but I can guarantee since I haven’t tried]]></description>
