The tenderloin was dry and over cooked, also found the gravy bland and slick, instead of a slurry of cornstarch, I will try butter and flour which would improve the flavour and appearance.]]></description>

It was like a hot knife through butter tender. I will make it again tomorrow night. My family loved it with egg noodles. Two other friends made this in their pressure cooker and they were not disappointed at all]]></description>
